TANNER ROBBINS
PRESIDENT
Originally from Ontario, Tanner just wants to build you something you’re going to LOVE. If another contractor says it can’t be done, he’s the one who will find a creative way to make it happen. Known for his humble, humorous, and professional approach, Tanner believes strong relationships are the foundation of every great project. When he’s not running True West, you’ll find him on the golf course or spending time with his wife and son.
NOAH GIBSON
True West’s second-in-command, Noah has completed several multi-million dollar projects in both commercial and residential. He’s known for his attention to detail, work ethic, and the kind of service customers can’t help but love.
SLATER STRONG
Slater is an incredibly talented craftsman that brings thoughtfulness and skill to each and every project. He’s the rare mix of genius and genuinely good guy – approachable, thoughtful, and always goes the extra mile for our clients.
JAMIE BERTRAM
Jamie is an extremely talented craftsman with years of experience working on projects of all sizes. He’s the guy you call when you need a problem to go away. He’s the sleeves-rolled-up type, bringing incredible work ethic to every job. His tireless dedication is one of the reasons our deadlines never slip.
KENNY BAKER
Kenny first met Tanner when he moved from Jamaica to Canada. Since joining the team, he’s always brought hard work, loyalty, and skill to each job. He’s a rising star who faces every challenge with a drive to grow.
CHEALSEY ROBBINS
Every company has that one person who keeps it all together—for us, that’s Chealsey. She handles all things office related, from organizing to accounting to communication and coordination. She and Tanner have been married since 2023 and recently became first time parents to their son Elliott.
