1. Plan Together

We start with a conversation: what you’re building, how you live, and what matters most.

2. Design & Budget

We review or develop your blueprints, refine the scope, and create a detailed budget that includes every sink, knob, and tile.

3. Permits & Build

We handle permits and coordination, with weekly updates that keep every milestone on track.

4. WELCOME HOME

Move in and get settled. Going forward, we’ll handle warranty checks and make sure everything works exactly as planned.
